We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented OSCAR PRO proficient Medical Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you are experienced , respectful, prompt, reliable, dedicated, quick, and have a passion for healthcare administration, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled , qualified and experienced Medical office assistant who excels in delivering prompt and accurate administrative support to our medical team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in OSCAR Pro and a commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

Promptness: Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring minimal wait times.

Quickness: Handle administrative tasks with speed and accuracy, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence.

Attention to Detail: Maintain patient records with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

OSCAR Pro Training: Utilize OSCAR Pro to input and retrieve patient information, process billing, and generate reports.

Greet patients, answer phones, and provide exceptional customer service.

Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Assist with insurance verifications and billing as needed.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

one year experience as a Medical offIce assistant (required)

Proficiency in OSCAR Pro (required)

Reliability and dependability(required)

Respectful, courteous Team Player(required)

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstration of patience and perseverance

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
