Arun Eye Care is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Medical Receptionist to support our specialty eye care services.

Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of specialty eye care services, including dry eye treatments and therapeutic programs.
Assist with patient intake, clinical workups, and diagnostic testing, including visual field assessments and other specialized evaluations.
Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, procedures, therapies, and follow-up care.
Assist with optical measurements and support eyewear dispensing services.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a high standard of patient care.
Coordinate appointment scheduling, recalls, referrals, and patient follow-up activities.
Support billing processes, payment collection, and patient checkout procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with healthcare documentation management.
Answer patient inquiries by phone and assist with scheduling and service coordination.
Contribute to maintaining compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and patient confidentiality requirements.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Healthcare Management, Health Administration, Healthcare Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare, optometry, ophthalmology, allied health, or patient service environments.
Understanding of healthcare operations, patient-centered care, and clinical workflow processes.

Schedule:

Pay: $18.60-$24.00 per hour
