Our approach to business development is collaborative, with all our Principals sharing the responsibility for generating leads for themselves and each other. Principals work from home offices and their clients' sites across Ontario. Sample assignments include:
· Interim CEO/COO/CFO/CIO of a business
· Interim Executive Director of a not-for-profit agency/organization
· Interim Vice President roles – in Finance, Human Resources, Operations/Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, IT, and Communications/Public Relations
· Strategic Advisor on critical business transitions (mergers, acquisitions, consolidations)
· Governance/Operations/Organization reviews or assessments

Desired Skills and Experience
Applicants must have 20 or more years of varied business, not-for-profit, or business sector experience in at least 2 organizations, with eight or more years at the executive level (i.e. CEO, Vice President, Executive Director, or other C-level roles). Previous consulting experience, a collaborative style, and excellent networking & business development skills will contribute to your success.
