It's true, anyone 'can' be a mortgage agent, but are you closing mortgage loans, getting support, earning commission, helping clients, and having fun?

The truth is, it takes a strong organization behind the agent to increase success. Nuborrow agents gain the support and guidance required to flourish in today's ever-changing industry, the type of support crushes targets and turns newly licensed agents into high-volume producers.

We do not always hire experienced agents (we love to train new or untrain recently licensed agents) we look for that special something in each applicant that many other brokerages would overlook.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a few energetic, customer service-minded rockstars who want to work as a team and help solve mortgage problems for our clients in a proven, volume-driven system.

Our agents focus on client relationships, and long-term mortgage packages, and work with a large team to ensure a smooth mortgage experience. We back up our success with over 3,000 Google and BBB reviews our unique process (which is often copied) speaks for itself).

Nuborrow is the only brokerage that supplies our onsite agents with warm, prequalified leads (NO Cold Calling - ever). We provide a dedicated deal desk, document assistance, and other cutting-edge tools so you can focus on customer service and building relationships. This is an inside agent position, which means you work hours similar to banks with full team support, even after hours.

You will read many other postings offering large "salary" promises, but here's ours;

In 2023 our agents earned an average of $175,000.00.

We offer monthly team-based bonus programs, health club benefits, top-rated sales training and we will assist with licensing costs for the right candidate.

At Nuborrow, we rarely have openings because we create an atmosphere where you can have fun, create mortgage solutions that help Canadians, and become more knowledgeable than working at any other brokerage or bank.

What you need to join the cause:

Sales and Mortgage Agent experience: 1+ year (Licensed Mortgage Agent Preferred)
OR
Service industry experience. This could be in the hospitality industry, sales, or any people first market: 1+ Years (Preferred)
AND ...
Passion for personal growth and helping people: (Huge Asset)

What you DO NOT need:

Mortgage-related experience (we love to train new people!)

Language:

English (Preferred)
Other languages will be an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Commission Plan: $50,000.00 to $185,000.00+ /year (many agents reach higher income levels)

COVID-19 considerations: We have a process in place with respect to COVID, including hand sanitizer, masks, plexiglass between workstations, and contact-free client meetings (all software and tools provided)
