Position Overview:
Marigold Ford Lincoln is one of Ontario's highest-volume Ford dealerships and part of Novus Automotive, a growing six-dealership group across Durham Region. Our Fixed Operations department is among the largest in the province and a critical driver of the dealership's profitability and customer loyalty.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Service and Parts teams to deliver consistent performance and an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and talent retention.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure cross-departmental alignment and a seamless customer journey.
Customer Experience
- Set and maintain high standards for customer satisfaction across all fixed operations touchpoints.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a commitment to fair resolution.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume Service and Parts operation — workflow, throughput, and quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and support growth.
- Maintain full compliance with Ford Motor Company standards and requirements.
Financial Performance
- Own the Fixed Operations P&L — budgeting, forecasting, monthly results, and variance analysis.
- Drive labour efficiency, technician productivity, ELR, parts gross, and fixed absorption to plan.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce health, safety, and hazardous materials compliance in accordance with Ontario OHSA requirements.
Required:
- 5+ years of progressive automotive fixed operations leadership, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record of financial performance improvement across Service and Parts in a high-volume environment.
- Strong P&L fluency, KPI management, and command of fixed operations profitability levers.
- Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a satisfactory driver's abstract.
Preferred
- Ford or Lincoln dealership experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with PBS dealer operating system an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field.
