Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Customer Service Representative with experience in manufacturing or production environments to join our team in a fully in-office role (5 days/week).

In this position, you will support a high-volume dealer network across Canada, serving as a critical link between customers, production, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace and precision of manufacturing operations and excels at delivering professional, phone-based customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver prompt, professional customer support primarily via phone and e-mail handling a high volume of daily inquiries
Serve as the central point of contact between customers, production, and internal departments to ensure accurate order execution
Review and validate order details and revisions prior to release to production, ensuring alignment with specifications and timelines
Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot order issues, and coordinate timely resolutions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and changes
Develop a strong working knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and production processes
Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, sales) to ensure seamless workflow and on-time delivery
Support team operations by assisting with workload balancing and coverage as needed
Adhere to established processes and continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of Order Management/customer service experience in a manufacturing, production, or supply chain environment
Proven ability to manage high-volume, phone-based customer interactions with professionalism and confidence
Strong understanding of order processing, production timelines, and workflow coordination
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues efficiently
High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (AS400 or similar platforms an asset)
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills

Work Environment & Additional Details

Fully in-office role (5 days/week)
High-volume setting (200+ orders/week) requiring strong focus and time management
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with close collaboration across departments
