Job Description:
The selected candidate will work directly under the Sales Director at Sinopé Technologies' headquarters located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Their primary mandate will be to develop markets in the Greater Toronto Area.
- Develop markets in the Greater Toronto Area and increase sales volumes;
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients;
- Prepare and conduct technical presentations for clients (engineers and contractors);
- Bring forward creative ideas and actively contribute to the development of sales strategies;
- Document actions taken with clients and keep information up-to-date to CRM;
- Prepare and manage commercial bids while ensuring project profitability and alignment with sales objectives;
- Participate in trade shows and follow up on leads obtained.
- Full-time position: 37.5 hours / week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible schedule)
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Location: Remote position based in Toronto – frequent travel required
Key Experiences and Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- Relevant college and/or university education
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license
- 5 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in the HVAC, plumbing, energy or construction industry
- Knowledge of the building industry (an asset)
- Interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction-oriented attitude
- Strong negotiator
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Leadership, autonomy, and initiative
- Good prioritization skills
- Rigor and adherence to deadlines
- Versatility and teamwork

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
