Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Concierge for a luxury condominium in <LOCATION>. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of our client's living environment, ensuring safety, security, and exceptional service for residents. Join us to be part of a team that values integrity and excellence.
Responsibilities

Greet residents and visitors professionally, providing excellent customer service.
Monitor security systems including CCTV to ensure the safety of the premises.
Conduct surveillance activities to prevent loss and maintain security.
Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
Enforce building policies and procedures.
Assist residents with inquiries and provide information as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in law enforcement, surveillance, or loss prevention.
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and security protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Previous experience working in luxury residential environments is a plus.
Valid security license or relevant certifications are preferred.
