The Role
We're looking for a proactive, fully bilingual (French/English) Inside Sales Representative to own and grow the Quebec pharmacy channel. You'll inherit a base of established accounts and active relationships — your job is to nurture them, deepen them, and grow them. You'll be the trusted voice of our brands to pharmacy category managers and owners across the province: presenting new products, expanding listings, onboarding accounts to additional lines, and making sure existing partners keep reordering and growing with us.

What You'll Do
- Nurture and grow existing accounts: manage an established book of pharmacy relationships, staying in regular contact, anticipating needs, and keeping partners engaged and reordering.
- Present and upsell our products to pharmacy category managers and decision-makers — introducing new lines, expanding existing listings, and articulating clinical value, margin opportunity, and patient benefit in fluent French.
- Onboard accounts to new products: guide existing partners through adding new SKUs and lines, ensuring a smooth setup and a strong start.
- Own your territory: treat your accounts like your own business, follow up proactively, and take full accountability for retaining, growing, and exceeding targets within your base.
- Build lasting relationships with pharmacists and category managers so accounts deepen and grow over time.
- Spot growth opportunities within the existing network — and selectively pursue new accounts where it makes sense.
- Stay sharp on the market: track competitor products, pricing dynamics, and category trends to position our brands effectively.
- Keep clean records of activity, accounts, and opportunities in our CRM (Salesforce), and share insights with the team.
What You Bring
Required
- Fully bilingual — professional fluency in French and English, spoken and written. French is essential for daily interaction with Quebec pharmacies.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, OTC, or pharmacy/health-product market (inside sales, distribution, rep, or pharmacy-side experience all welcome).
- A relationship-builder's mindset — energized by deepening accounts and being a trusted partner to your pharmacies.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills; able to engage category managers and buyers with confidence.
- Self-starter who takes ownership, manages their own accounts proactively, and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
- Organized, with solid follow-through and comfort using a CRM.
Nice to Have
- An existing network within Quebec pharmacy banners (Familiprix, Brunet, Jean Coutu, Uniprix, Proxim) or wholesalers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of pharmacy category management and the listing/onboarding process.

Compensation
- Base salary: $45,000–$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- On-target earnings (OTE): ~$65,000-$85,000 per year, base plus commission.
- Uncapped commission upside for those who exceed targets.
