Located inside the Hilton Suites Markham and Unionville Athletic Club, Form & Function is a multidisciplinary clinic with over 20,000 sq. ft. of gym and rehab space, private treatment rooms, and access to a full athletic facility. For over 17 years, we have created an environment where clinicians can improve their craft, collaborate with other professionals, and deliver better care.

You are not stepping into a typical clinic.

Our physiotherapists work alongside chiropractors, massage therapists, chiropodists, and other health professionals in a collaborative setting where patient care is not done in isolation.
