The Landscaping Division of Envision This is excited to welcome experienced Gardeners to join our customer and employee focused Teams. Envision This is a Markham based, full service landscaping company, providing high quality and professional services to clients across York Region and the GTA, including garden care, garden enhancement/renovation, planting, stonework and woodworking. As a client-driven company, we strive to grow strong relationships with our customers through our creative designs and detailed workmanship.
We are actively seeking positive, motivated, growth minded individuals to join our Gardening Services Team. In a full-time position, Team Members receive continuous support and training to help them develop their skills and promote a career path in Horticulture and Construction. Our goal is to foster a positive and friendly work environment, with open communication, while helping employees grow both professionally and personally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain garden beds and plant life through weeding, edging, cultivating, pruning and line trimming.
- Implementing new garden designs from start to finish.
- Experience in gardening, including garden care, clean ups, enhancement and renovation, transplanting, weeding, pruning, edging, etc.
- Experience in landscaping, including a good working knowledge of landscape materials (various soils, aggregates and mulches) and techniques, grading, sodding, soil/mulch works, planting, etc.
- Recognizing and reporting of pests and diseases in garden beds, trees and shrubs.
- Experience designing and building custom containers/planters would be considered an asset.
- Winter protection.
- Positive attitude to provide excellent customer service and care.
- Professionalism and a good work ethic, with an attention to detail and quality service.
- Working safely with a team to efficiently organize sites, trucks and crews.
- Effectively following instructions from clients and sales staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Working on sites with minimum supervision in various aspects of landscaping.
- Participate in scheduled meetings.
- Participate in training sessions and be committed to ongoing learning and safe practices.
- Able and willing to operate all trucks, trailers and horticultural tools.
- Valid G license with a clean abstract is required.
