Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
Supervise apprentices or junior staff as needed, providing guidance and leadership in plumbing tasks.
Conduct facilities maintenance tasks related to plumbing systems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and electrical components related to plumbing systems.
Fabricate necessary components for installations or repairs as required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role within the facilities maintenance field.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation and repair techniques.
Familiarity with CMMS software is preferred.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Leadership qualities to supervise and mentor junior staff effectively.
Proficiency in English for clear communication with clients and team members.
Basic electrical knowledge related to plumbing systems is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
