Digital Marketing Specialist (Mandarin Required)

TASProMarketing is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth for our clients.
The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in developing campaigns for both English- and Mandarin-speaking audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and content channels.
- Plan, launch, optimize, and report on paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns.
- Develop marketing content and campaigns in both English and Mandarin to engage multilingual audiences effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Manage and update WordPress websites, including content publishing, SEO implementation, and basic website maintenance.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
- Experience creating, translating, or localizing digital content for Mandarin-speaking audiences is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
