Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing project workflows, coordinating between teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in design software, drafting, and construction processes to contribute to innovative projects across various engineering and architectural disciplines. Candidates should possess proficiency in CAD tools and drafting techniques, with a passion for supporting project success from inception to completion.

Duties

Assist in the development and management of project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met effectively.
Coordinate communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
Prepare detailed schematics, drawings, and documentation using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, or SolidWorks.
Review and interpret technical schematics and construction drawings to support project planning and implementation.
Utilize SketchUp and NavisWorks for 3D modeling and visualization to aid in project presentations and design reviews.
Support drafting activities related to civil, mechanical, or structural projects with expertise in Schematics and 2D animation as needed.
Track project progress, update documentation, and prepare reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout project phases.

Experience

Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or SolidWorks is essential.
Familiarity with Schematics, Drafting, and Construction documentation processes.
Experience working on engineering or architectural projects involving 2D animation or visualization tools is a plus.
Strong understanding of construction workflows and technical drawing standards.
Prior experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced project environments preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication skills for liaising between team members and stakeholders. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about design technology and project management within the construction or engineering sectors who are eager to contribute their skills toward impactful projects.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
