We are a multidisciplinary mental health and assessment clinic specializing in ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and associated mental health concerns across the lifespan. Our team includes psychologists, physicians, therapists, coaches, and allied healthcare professionals working collaboratively to support patient care.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced bilingual Psychometrist to help meet our growing demand for psychoeducational and psychological assessments. Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments is required. Significant experience administering standardized assessments, including the WISC-V/WAIS-IV, WIAT-II-Fr, and WIAT-4, is essential. Experience using Pearson's Q-interactive platform and administering additional measures, including the KTEA-3, CMS, PPVT-5, WMS-5, and EVT-3, is considered an asset.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team and will be responsible for administering and scoring assessments, uploading information into client clinical files, and contributing to report preparation. Strong computer skills are required. You will work under the supervision of a Head Psychometrist and a Licensed Psychologist or Psychological Associate. As a Psychometrist, you will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of assessment tools and best practices.
Your Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and French, including experience administering French-language assessment measures, is required
- Master's Degree in Psychology (or equivalent) with coursework in psychometrics and/or psychological assessment
- Experience conducting psychoeducational and psychological assessments with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with attention, learning, developmental, and mental health concerns
- Experience administering and scoring standardized assessment measures, including the WISC-V/WAIS-IV and WIAT-4
- Three to five years of related experience working in mental health or assessment services is preferred

Schedule:
- In-person
- Availability on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays is preferred
- This is a casual employee position with hours varying based on patient demand. During peak periods, hours may exceed 20 per week, while slower periods may involve fewer than 20 hours per week.
Rate ($):
$45-50/hour, commensurate with experience.
