Contributes to the overall success of the CIAM Security Engineering ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality while adhering to defined release, change, project and architectural standards and methodologies by leveraging an agile scrum team. Be passionate about leading a high-performance team and contribute to an inclusive work environment
Champion the Release Management lifecycle that involves releases planning, release schedule, coordinating between teams, and deployment of our CIAM releases
Collaborate with key application stakeholders (business clients and internal technology teams) to gather requirements from business units and translate requirements to programmers, developers, and QA testers
Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
Help drive best practices to eliminate waste, increase innovation and create value for the business
Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with ability to build and foster relationships with business users, stakeholders, technology partners and coworkers
Participate in all aspects of a project life cycle (Requirements, Analysis, Design, Code, Test, Implementation and Production handover)
Have knowledge on Authentication and Authorization technology best practices

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

Degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent
5 years’ Business Technical/System Analyst experience
3+ years’ experience with System Designs and software development life cycle (SDLC)
3+ years’ Agile Scrum experience – demonstrated understanding of Agile concepts, agile estimations and ceremonies
3+ years combined experience JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Project, MS office suite or equivalent tools
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines
Experience in the use of Application Release Automation tools
Experience of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban
Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and client relation skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
Self-motivation to work both independently and collaboratively with multi-functional teams
