Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Warehouse Associate specializing in <PERSON> and Crown Reach operations. This position involves managing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment within a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and experience with warehouse management systems to support seamless warehouse operations.

Duties

Operate clamp trucks, forklifts, and order pickers safely and efficiently to move products throughout the warehouse
Assist with order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update stock information, and process shipments
Perform heavy lifting as required to handle products of various sizes and weights
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment

Experience

Previous experience in warehouse distribution or logistics is preferred
Proficiency in operating clamp trucks, forklifts, and order pickers is highly desirable
Mechanical knowledge or experience with warehouse equipment maintenance is a plus
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control and order processing
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
Experience with order picking processes in a distribution setting is advantageous
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
