You won't use your own gear. We provide top-tier equipment and support.
What we do need is someone who’s reliable, creative, and takes ownership.
Someone that knows reading the entire job description is important.
Responsibilities:
- Capture listing photos and video (interior, exterior, aerial)
- Operate gear confidently (camera, gimbal, drone — training provided as needed)
- Follow brand standards for quality and consistency
- Be professional and friendly with clients on-site
- Deliver files through our system and keep things on schedule
Requirements:
- Some experience in photography and/or videography
- Willingness to learn and improve with every shoot
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Drone certification or open to getting one (we’ll help guide you)
- Strong communication and time management
Nice to Haves (but not deal-breakers):
- Experience with Lightroom or Final Cut Pro
- Comfort directing agents/talent on camera
- Creative eye for framing and lighting
- A portfolio of photo/video work (can be personal projects), please include links that work

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
