The Mission
Your objective is to identify, engage, and onboard the top 10% of real estate talent. You won’t just be filling seats; you will be the gatekeeper of our culture and the engine behind our expansion. You will articulate the Global Bricks advantage to high-performing agents and show them why the old brokerage model is obsolete.
What You’ll Do
- Targeted Scouting: Use advanced CRM tools, AI-driven sourcing, and old-school networking to find "heavy hitters" and high-potential rising stars.
- The Global Pitch: Masterfully communicate our value proposition from our in house marketing services to our lead-gen systems.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring every interaction feels premium, professional, and efficient.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing competitor offerings and industry trends to keep Global Bricks the most attractive home for agents.
- Culture Scaling: Identify candidates who don’t just have a high sales volume, but who embody our core values of transparency, integrity, and innovation.

Requirements
- 2+ years of high-level recruitment experience (Real Estate or Sales-heavy industries preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting outbound activity goals and hiring quotas.
- Exceptional "closing" skills; the ability to move candidates from interest to signature.
- Polished verbal and written communication skills.
