About the Role
As a Client Relationship Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of Green Storage and an essential part of the property’s day-to-day operation. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, administration, and property upkeep — often all in the same day.
You’ll help clients find the right storage solutions, maintain a clean and well-run facility, and support the business through reliable and consistent operational excellence. Self-motivation is key, as you’ll often work independently and take ownership of the property’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
- Provide friendly, professional service in person, by phone, and via email
- Help customers choose the right storage unit and close rentals confidently
- Promote value-added products and services
- Build strong relationships and deliver an outstanding client experience
Operations & Property Care
- Keep the property, office, and buildings clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs and ensure all safety standards are met
- Complete daily opening/closing tasks and ensure the site is always presentable
Administration & Business Support
- Process payments, deposits, and rental documentation accurately
- Maintain account records and assist with reconciliations
- Support marketing, community engagement, and local outreach
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to location targets
- Participate in training and company initiatives that promote teamwork and excellence
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy helping people, solving problems, and closing sales
- Highly self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, property operations, or office administration is an asset — but not required (we provide full training)
- Able to work Monday–Saturday (5 shifts per week)
