Metropark Realty is seeking motivated and professional Sales Representatives to support the sales and marketing of pre-construction residential developments (low rise and high rise) across the Greater Toronto Area. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for real estate, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Working from presentation centres, you will play a key role in guiding prospective purchasers and real estate agents through the home buying process—from initial inquiry to contract execution—while delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Welcome visitors to the presentation centre, ensuring a professional and engaging first impression
- Qualify prospective buyers and guide them toward appropriate home offerings
- Present detailed information on communities, including floor plans, features, and pricing
- Conduct appointments and walkthroughs of inventory homes as required
Realtor & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and industry partners
- Provide ongoing support, project updates, and sales program information to stakeholders
Sales Operations & Administration
- Prepare, review, and manage Agreements of Purchase and Sale (APS) and related documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records
- Assist with the initial set up and day-to-day appearance and upkeep of the presentation centre.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activity
- Compile and submit regular reports on sales activity and presentation centre traffic.
Collaboration & Project Support
- Work closely with internal teams including marketing and leadership
- Support project launches, promotions, and special initiatives
- Assist with setup, maintenance, and presentation of sales centres and model homes
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (required or in progress)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in pre-construction or new home sales
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and digital sales tools (e.g., DocuSign)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Assets
- Experience in pre-construction or new home sales environments preferred but not required
- Familiarity with development timelines, construction (low rise or high rise) terminology, and project launches

Typical Presentation Centre Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 1:00 to 7:00 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Flexibility required based on project needs and launch schedules
