We’re looking for a creative, style-forward florist to join our growing team at XO Events & Florals.
This role is perfect for someone who loves flowers, design, creativity, beautiful spaces, and connecting with people. We’re seeking someone with a strong eye for aesthetics who is excited about current floral and lifestyle trends and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Floral experience is an asset, but we’re also open to newer designers with a naturally elevated aesthetic, willingness to learn, and passion for creativity.
What the role includes:
- Retail bouquet making & floral design
- Receiving, processing & prepping flowers
- Customer service & assisting walk-in clients
- Opening & closing duties
- Maintaining a clean, organized storefront
- Assisting with weddings & event prep/installations
- Capturing social media/photo/video content
- Helping with workshops & creative projects
- Occasional local deliveries

Position Details:
- Part-time: approximately 10–25 hours/week
- More hours available during wedding & event season
- Primarily daytime weekday shifts + Saturdays
- Driver’s license/vehicle preferred for local deliveries
