General RV Technician – Camp Canada RV

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and dependable General RV Technician to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a General RV Technician, you will work hands-on with a wide range of RV, powersports, golf carts and camper trailer systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and completing preventative maintenance across electrical, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, and other key systems. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair RVs and camper trailers
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintain and repair plumbing and water systems
- Apply sealants and complete roof repairs and maintenance
- Service and repair air conditioning and heating systems
- Complete general maintenance, installations, and repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed
- Follow safety procedures and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- RV Technician Certification Level 1 or 2 (required)
- Previous experience as an RV technician, automotive technician, or in a related trade
- Strong understanding of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose issues and work independently
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred (but not required):
- RVTI Certification or additional trade certifications
- Experience in welding or carpentry
