The Project Controls Planner/Scheduler – Target Delivery Systems (TDS) Projects is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the execution of complex nuclear maintenance projects involving TDS. This role ensures project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and in alignment with regulatory standards and contractual requirements.
This position reports to the Manager, Project Controls & Analysis and has no direct reports. The role involves influencing and negotiating with both internal departments and customer representatives to ensure schedule adherence and project success
Assignment Details:
Experience and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- PMP certification preferred.
- 7-10 years of project coordination experience in large-scale nuclear or energy sector projects.
- Strong grasp of Nuclear Work Management processes.
- Proven ability to deliver results under pressure with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in Primavera, AS9, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated success in managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining control of budget and schedule.
