Position requires strong hands‑on experience and execution.
Hire, lead and develop warehouse staff.
Track productivity daily to meet and exceed the budget targets.
Develop and monitor KPIs for warehouse operations.
Oversee inbound container schedule, plan their receiving, and allocate workforce accordingly.
Schedule weekly manpower requirements based on projected volumes.
Arrange the warehouse to optimize space and improve efficiencies.
Organize cycle counts to ensure physical inventory matches the system inventory data and adjust, if needed.
Organize the warehouse for inventory and lead the inventory process.
Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation.
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by ensuring regulatory and company standard and practices are adhered to.
Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by Warehouse Supervisor.
Communicate and collaborate with the other departments, such as Customer Service, IT, Inventory, Logistics and Purchasing, to meet company objectives.
Over see all building maintenance and trades contractors
Conduct employee performance reviews with the Warehouse Supervisor.
Assess staff activities and provide regular performance-related feedback.
Perform other job-related duties/projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
A minimum of five (5) years of Supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse.
Fluent in English, excellent communication (oral and written) and professional demeanor.
Superior computer: MS-Office, AS400
Forklift certification.
Accountability: able to ensure the job is completed within assigned timelines; holding yourself and others accountable for the expectations.
Organization: create and keep deadlines, prioritize tasks for you and your team, delegation, multi-tasking, and planning.
Attention to Detail: attentive to detail with proven ability to meet tight deadlines.

Able to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, and facsimile machines
Physical Demands/Environment:
· Routine use of standard office equipment such as computer, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
· Required to regularly sit & walk around the warehouse
· Regularly repeat the same movement for data entry.
· Understand speech of another person.
· A high level of social contact with staff and customers.
· Can be placed in conflict situations when customers are unhappy with product/service. Customers may be rude or unpleasant at times.
· Requires an abundance of memory work, can be mentally exhausting.
· Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
