CIPCO | OEM Automotive Lighting.com specializes in just original automotive lighting parts, such as headlights, fog lights DRL's and tail lights. For almost 20 years we have been supplying local and national collision centers with high quality OEM automotive lighting parts.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper/Receiver, Order Picker, and Warehouse Organizer to join our automotive lighting distribution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping automotive lighting products, including headlights, tail lights, fog lights, signal lamps, and related components. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to maintaining inventory integrity and warehouse organization.
This position includes days only Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5 pm.
Valid driver’s license is also preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive incoming shipments of automotive lighting products and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Inspect headlights, tail lights, fog lights, and related products for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
- Accurately process and record incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Prepare and package customer orders for shipment while ensuring products are protected from damage.
- Generate shipping labels and coordinate shipments with carriers.
Order Picking & Fulfillment
- Pick customer orders accurately according to order specifications.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions before packing.
- Maintain high order accuracy and meet daily productivity targets.
- Ensure all picked products are free from damage and properly packaged.
Warehouse Organization & Inventory Control
- Organize and maintain warehouse locations for automotive lighting inventory.
- Label, stock, and replenish shelves, bins, and storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged products to management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order-picking experience preferred.
- Experience in the automotive parts industry is an asset.
- Ability to identify automotive lighting products and part numbers accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
