Join our dynamic team as a Aesthetic Clinic Sales Associate and become the friendly, energetic face of our wellness and beauty retail environment! In this role, you will actively engage with customers, promote our spa products and services, and create an inviting atmosphere that encourages relaxation and rejuvenation. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help drive sales, enhance customer experiences, and support the overall success of our spa retail operations. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise while working in a vibrant, health-focused setting.

Duties

Sell premium wellness packages to new clients Turn leads into paying customers Deliver strong, confident sales presentations

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs, offering personalized recommendations
Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stock replenishment
Handle cash register transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Conduct stock checks, organize inventory, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy

Requirements

Ideal candidate: Strong closer mindset closer mindset Not afraid to push for the sale Sales experience is a BIG plus Self-motivated & goal-oriented This role involves working with a predominantly female clientele and is best suited for someone comfortable in that environment.

Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in a Medical spa or health/wellness environment
Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the team
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Strong communication skills with excellent customer service orientation
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves and creating appealing displays
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently and accurately
