We are seeking a skilled and professional Head Spa Massage Technician & Aesthetician to join our luxury wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and massage therapy, delivering exceptional service to clients in a serene and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilize advanced aesthetic techniques and massage skills to enhance clients’ well-being and appearance, contributing to their overall relaxation and satisfaction.

Duties

Perform high-quality massage therapy sessions, including various modalities tailored to client needs
Provide a range of aesthetic treatments such as facials, skin analysis, and skincare consultations
Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations based on their individual needs
Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
Ensure excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client inquiries professionally
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference
Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services

Skills

Proven experience as a massage technician and aesthetician with relevant certifications or licenses
Strong knowledge related to skin health and massage therapy
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs
Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and professionally
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor
Attention to detail in performing treatments accurately and maintaining hygiene standards
Passion for wellness, skincare, and helping clients achieve their personal health goals

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
