Experienced Insulation Installer – Full-Time
Stevens Insulation Services Ltd. is a busy and growing insulation company seeking an experienced Insulation Installer to join our team. We specialize in residential, commercial, and custom insulation projects and are looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in quality workmanship.
Our Services Include
- Spray foam insulation
- BIBS (Blown-in Blanket System)
- Fibreglass batt insulation
- Blown-in fibreglass attic insulation
Qualifications
The successful candidate must:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of insulation installation experience
- Have experience with multiple insulation systems; spray foam and BIBS experience are considered strong assets
- Hold a valid driver's licence
- Provide a clean driver's abstract
- Be reliable, punctual, and ready to work as scheduled
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance when dealing with customers, contractors, builders, and other trades
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a crew
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Follow company policies, job-site procedures, and health and safety requirements
- Be physically capable of performing the duties associated with insulation installation
- Be comfortable working on ladders, in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other construction environments

The Person We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who understands that quality workmanship, reliability, and professionalism are essential. You should be able to arrive on time, work efficiently, maintain a clean and safe job site, communicate professionally with customers and coworkers, and represent the company well while on site.
This is not an entry-level position. A minimum of 5 years of relevant insulation experience is required.
