About Keeper
Keeper is a fast-growing collectibles business buying, grading, photographing, cataloguing, and selling trading cards, wax packs, boxes, comics, vintage magazines, sports memorabilia, and more. We operate across multiple channels — eBay, eBay Live, Whatnot, Poshmark, and Shopify — and we're building the infrastructure to scale.
We're looking for a seasoned Warehouse & Logistics Manager who has already built and run a warehouse operation and can bring that expertise to Keeper. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can walk in, assess what we need, build the systems, and lead the way — teaching our team how it's done.
What You'll Do
Receiving & Inventory
- Receive, inspect, and accurately log all incoming inventory
- Photograph all product to a consistent, marketplace-ready standard
- Build and maintain a physical and digital warehouse management system tailored to collectibles
- Develop and enforce SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Warehouse Operations
- Manage daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
- Identify process gaps and build scalable systems as volume and product categories grow
- Lead inventory counts and support new product category onboarding
Platforms & Technology
- Operate and manage all selling platforms: eBay, eBay Live, Shopify, Whatnot, Poshmark, and Card Dealer Pro
- Manage shipping operations via Stallion Express and 2Ship
- Push new inventory to all third-party, live shopping, and e-commerce channels
- Work alongside our Tech & Platform Lead to ensure digital and physical systems stay aligned
Procurement & Cost Management
- Procure all packaging supplies and warehouse materials
- Conduct ongoing cost analysis to optimize spend without compromising product protection
- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality and value
Advisory & Best Practices
- Bring deep warehouse expertise and advise ownership on best practices across storage, handling, shipping, and logistics
- Teach and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures and standards
- Continuously improve operations as the business scales toward and beyond our September launch
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and running a warehouse operation — you've done this before and can show us how
- Deep knowledge of collectibles — trading cards, graded slabs, comics, and sports memorabilia strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with eBay, eBay Live, Whatnot, Poshmark, and Shopify seller tools
- Familiarity with Stallion Express, 2Ship, or similar shipping platforms
- Experience with Card Dealer Pro or comparable inventory management tools
- Strong procurement skills — you know how to source, evaluate, and negotiate packaging and warehouse supplies
- Exceptional organizational skills and relentless attention to detail
- Ability to build systems from scratch — SOPs, workflows, labeling logic, storage hierarchies
- Comfortable in a startup environment: resourceful, adaptable, and self-directed
- Physically able to lift and move product, stand for extended periods, and work hands-on in a warehouse setting
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends during live selling events and peak periods
Why Keeper
- Build something from the ground up — your systems will define how we operate at scale
- Work in a culture built around collectibles — we respect the hobby because we live it
- Real ownership and influence — this isn't a role where you follow someone else's playbook
- Grow into a senior operations leadership role as Keeper scales
- Collaborative team that values expertise and results over titles and credentials
