Full job description

We are looking for energetic and outgoing servers to join our growing family! If you love Japanese food and enjoy interacting with people, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

Previous experience in fine dining or Japanese restaurants preferred.
Basic knowledge of Japanese food culture and Sake is a plus.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and polite.
Fluent in English
Hardworking and team-oriented.

What You’ll Do:

Greet guests with a warm welcome
Take orders accurately and serve food/drinks promptly.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
Provide high-quality table service with a deep understanding of our menu (Sushi, Sake, and seasonal specials).
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service.
