The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled, certified 310J or 310T Mechanic (Truck & Trailer Technician) to join our professional and supportive team. We have a tenured and skilled group and we are looking to replace our certified mechanic who is soon retiring.

The Role:
- Perform critical safety inspections and certifications on all types of utility, dump and enclosed trailers in accordance with the Ontario DriveOn program.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on trailers and related equipment
- Ensure full compliance with all MTO (Ministry of Transportation of Ontario) safety requirements and company standards
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed and inspections completed
- Support our sales and service teams by ensuring the timely delivery of "safetied" trailers to our customers
What We're Looking For
- A licensed 310J/T Technician in Ontario (required)
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, but also enjoys working in a team environment
- A reliable, detail-oriented professional who is committed to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills
