We currently have a close-knit team of 5 agents, focused exclusively on buyers and sellers (no rentals).

Compensation Structure
- Sphere or Repeat Clients: 75% Agent / 25% Team
- Leads: 62.5% Agent / 37.5% Team
- Referrals Provided by Team: 55% Agent / 45% Team
(No hidden fees.)
This is a 100% commission structure.
What You’ll Be Trained On
We don’t just hand you leads and hope for the best.
You will be coached on:
- Converting inbound leads
- High-converting buyer & seller presentations
- Objection handling & follow-up systems
- Client experience & service delivery
- Daily pipeline discipline & business generation
What We Expect From You
Successful agents on our team commit to:
- Daily lead follow-up (60–90 minutes minimum)
- Consistent prospecting & business development
- Attending weekly team meetings
- Participating in Thursday virtual huddles
- Meeting clients for scheduled appointments (often at coffee shops or similar settings)
- Delivering exceptional client service
You won’t be micromanaged — but you will be held to professional standards.

Important Cultural Note
Real estate teams are personal. Ours is very much so and very collaborative, and supportive.
This is not a fit for lone-wolf agents who resist structure, or dislike working closely with others.
