Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Developing & implementing service & repair sales programs to grow market share, revenue & profitability, aligned with North America goals.
- Overseeing significant bid strategies, contract approvals & complex negotiations to optimize profitable retention & conversions.
- Developing & managing key performance indicators & sales budget.
Team Development
- Building & leading sales team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to grow capabilities.
- Partnering with branch & sales leadership to build sales bench strength & succession pipelines.
- Setting clear performance targets and objectives for the team, monitoring progress, and providing regular feedback.
Commercial Excellence
- Analyzing sales data, CRM insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify patterns, manage pipeline health and forecast results.
- Partnering with operational teams to ensure cohesive transition for delivery execution.
- Using TKE sales tools, processes and systems to drive transparency, accountability & efficiency.
Customer & Market Engagement
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Providing valuable insights to guide product & service development, pricing, and marketing efforts.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven senior leadership experience in a sales role.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent leadership & team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to attract, grow & retain team members.
- Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage big data for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Adaptability and agility to navigate a dynamic and competitive market.
- French language, an asset.
- Ability to travel as needed throughout Canada (~25%) and the U.S.
