We are currently hiring an Accounting and Assurance Manager for our Campbell River office.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
What you will be doing:
Working with our dynamic team, you will be the lead on assurance and compilation engagements, assisting our partners and junior staff in meeting our clients’ unique needs. As part of our practice, you will be considered a leader, supporting our junior staff in developing their technical and professional competencies.
· Complete compilation, review, and audit engagements
· Analyze and review financial information
· Preparation of corporate, charitable and non-profit returns
· Mentor and counsel future CPAs
· Manage client relationships
You and your experience:
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualities and qualifications:
· CPA designation
· Minimum 3 years post designation public practice experience
· Experience in caseware and taxprep preferred
· Experience in Sage and QuickBooks preferred
· Strong grasp of CAS, ASPE, ASNPO, PSAB
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
· Strong attention to detail
· Superior problem-solving and analytical skills
