We’re excited offer an opportunity to join our team at our brand-new restaurant, Liberty Kitchen, opening in Courtenay, BC! This role has huge growth potential and will challenge your leadership values and commitment to service excellence. We're seeking someone who drives positivity, quality, and consistency and has a passion for hospitality. If you have the drive, dedication, and love for food and beverage, we want to meet you!

As a Floor Manager, You Will:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of an upscale casual dining restaurant.
Support the high standards of quality in our Food and Beverage programs.
Coordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure daily communication for Food, Wine, and Beverage details related to service.
Develop and maintain staff's product knowledge through ongoing training, seminars, and tastings.
Foster a positive work environment where staff development and achievements are recognized.
Treat the workplace as your own business, being accountable for decisions affecting our guests and team while advancing company goals and vision.
Mentor, inspire, and motivate your team to reach their full potential.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has at least two years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
Is an experienced Hospitality Manager with strong interpersonal skills, guest service expertise, and communication skills.
Is a networker and entrepreneurial leader, ambitious about their personal and professional growth.
Shows professionalism and dedication to delivering the highest quality service.
Can lead the team in skills development, performance goals, and financial success.
Possesses strong computer and office administration skills.
Has Occupational First Aid and Safe Liquor certifications (preferred).
Is passionate about food, beverage, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and an ability to build and foster relationships.
