Full job description

On Track Physiotherapy is located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in British Columbia. The clinic is focused on evidence-based physiotherapy practices, learning and evolving, providing clients with durable results by pain & movement education we hope to find the right physiotherapist to join our team!

Currently we have a team of 4 Physiotherapists, 2 Kinesiologists, and our administration manager + admin assistant. We are hoping to add one either part time or full time Physiotherapist to the team. We either offer hourly wage for as many hours/week you wish (i.e. 40 hours/week @xx/hour or a % split. As an hourly employee we offer full hours/pay as you build your caseload. Hourly wage is based on experience and preference for treatment time length etc, pay will be discussed through interview process.

On Track Physio's caseload is mainly orthopedic with about 60 % private patients, offering a wide variety of injuries. Our work schedule is flexible based on your preference (i.e. 30 minute appointments and 40-60 minutes assessments), as well as blocks throughout the day to do charting and reporting (paid charting/reporting time if you choose to be on hourly wage).

Our 2200sq ft. large facility is equipped with a squat rack, plate loaded machines, treadmills, bikes, dumbbells, kettlebells etc.

We have been successfully involved with the PT student placements through the UBC and are therefore used to offering continuous mentorship. We have done fun things as a team like frequent team lunches and yoga during clinic hours. We also offer biweekly education for 1 hour for our physiotherapy team.

We are open to offering a signing bonus, extended health plan, and continuing education. Open to negotiation.

Powell River has countless outdoor activities are at your finger-tips: hiking, camping, kayaking, biking, sailing, fishing. It is very family oriented and provides many organized sports. The city is growing and a great place to live!
