Job Title: Crew Member – Smoothie Bar & Kitchen All-Rounder

Job Summary
Are you passionate about healthy eating, active living, and making people smile? We are looking for an energetic Crew Member to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant. You will handle everything from crafting nutrient-packed smoothies and cold-pressed juices to preparing healthy food items (like wraps, bowls, and paninis). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Drink Crafting: Blend smoothies, operate commercial juicers, and prepare signature specialty beverages exactly to recipe standards.
Food Preparation: Prep fresh fruits, vegetables, and proteins daily; assemble bowls, wraps, salads, and toasted items safely and efficiently.
Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, share ingredient knowledge, and confidently make menu recommendations.
POS Operation: Manage cash, debit, and mobile payments using the point-of-sale system quickly and accurately.
Cleanliness & Safety: Clean and sanitize blenders, juicers, prep stations, and guest dining areas continuously.
Stock & Inventory: Monitor stock levels, restock front-of-house coolers, and report low inventory to the shift lead.
Daily Routines: Complete specific opening, mid-shift, or closing checklists to keep the shop running smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 6-12 months of experience in a fast-casual restaurant, cafe, juice bar, or retail environment preferred (but we will train the right attitude!).
Speed & Multitasking: Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized during busy morning and lunch rushes.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
Food Safety: Valid Food Handler Certification is highly preferred (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and safely lift up to 30–50 lbs (e.g., boxes of fruit or juices).
