Responsibilities

Craft innovative and high-quality cocktails and beverages that reflect Acquafarina’s standards of excellence.
Provide exceptional guest service, offering expert advice on drink selections and pairings.
Maintain accurate bar inventory and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
Ensure the bar remains immaculate and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Process payments efficiently while identifying opportunities to optimise revenue.
Act on guest feedback to enhance satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth and seamless service during peak hours.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that enhances the overall guest experience.
Assist in training new bar staff, sharing knowledge to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
Demonstrate adaptability and a positive attitude in a dynamic and high-pressure setting.
Represent Acquafarina’s commitment to excellence through professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.

Experience

At least 2 years of bartending experience in hospitality.
Passion for creating distinctive and memorable beverages.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
Valid Serving It Right and Food Safe certification.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour.
Commitment to teamwork and collaboration, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour
