JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled individual passionate about garment alteration, sewing, and customer care. As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for fitting customers to ensure their alterations fit, feel, and make customers look great by honoring the Company’s promise of delivering quality alterations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct professional garment fittings, accurately assessing fit issues and taking measurements.
Identify and recommend alteration to achieve the best possible fit for the customer, demonstrating a strong knowledge of alteration processes and products.
Offer alternatives that fit the customers budget, or products that complement the alteration.
