Spray Painter

Are you an experienced industrial spray painter who takes pride in producing high-quality work? We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our team. If you want to be part of a team that values quality, safety, and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

As a Spray Painter, you'll play an important role in our daily production process. Your responsibilities will include:

Spraying products using air-assisted airless spray equipment on a moving overhead conveyor.
Meeting daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
Organizing materials, equipment, and supplies within the spray department.
Labeling and returning used materials to the proper storage locations.
Keeping your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
Following all company safety and quality procedures.

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, and takes pride in their craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have:

At ;east 3 years of experience using industrial paint spray systems.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of both solvent-based and water-based coatings.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
An aptitude for problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Reliable transportation..
