Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills — with both carriers and internal stakeholders
A collaborative style that earns credibility across sales, operations, and executive teams
A track record of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, decentralized environment
Strategic mindset balanced with operational discipline — you can set direction and get things done
Passion for the industry and drive to challenge the status quo with innovative, practical solutions

Monitor monthly financial performance against targets and take corrective action as required; actively contribute to the Coastal budget process
Oversee Commercial Placement, Real Estate Underwriting, In-House Underwriting, and Claims Divisions — providing strategic direction while enabling a high-performance team culture
