Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all fields of electrical work, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse construction and renovation projects, ensuring safety and compliance with all electrical codes and standards. Applicants should possess a comprehensive understanding of low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers, and various hand and power tools. This position is vital to maintaining operational efficiency and safety in our facilities.

Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan electrical installations and repairs.
Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in industrial settings.
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform electrical tasks efficiently.
Conduct maintenance and repairs on low voltage systems, control panels.
Assist with renovation projects by upgrading or replacing existing electrical infrastructure.
Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Diagnose electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools; implement effective solutions promptly.
Collaborate with construction teams during new builds or renovations to ensure seamless electrical integration.
Maintain detailed records of work performed for compliance and future reference.

Skills

Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Experience in all fields of electrical with a solid understanding of electrical systems in manufacturing or construction environments.
Skilled in using hand tools such as wire strippers, pliers, screwdrivers, and multimeters.
Familiarity with power tools necessary for installation and repair tasks.
Knowledge of low voltage wiring systems and control circuitry including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Strong background in construction or renovation projects involving electrical components.
Handyman experience is a plus for versatile troubleshooting across different systems.
Ability to work safely in high-voltage environments while adhering to safety protocols. This position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing complex electrical tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
