About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, solving problems, and supporting a wide range of network and IT infrastructure needs. If you have experience with wireless networking technologies — especially Cambium, Telox, or Point-to-Point/Point-to-Multipoint systems — you’ll be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and network equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams and external clients
Support wireless network deployments, including PTP and PTMP systems
Assist with monitoring, diagnostics, and performance optimization
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
Provide on-site and remote technical support as required
Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable and efficient IT solutions

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with Cambium Networks equipment and management tools
Experience with Telox devices or similar communication systems
Knowledge of Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PTMP) wireless technologies
Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs)
Comfort working with servers, workstations, and common operating systems
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Information Technology, Networking, or related field
Valid driver’s license (if travel is required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
