Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, efficiently handle food and beverage orders, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, showcasing your skills in serving, bartending, and food handling. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are preferred, but we provide training for the right candidate. If you have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly as a bartender.
Ensure all food safety and food handling procedures are followed according to health regulations.
Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations throughout the shift.
Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and closing out registers at shift end.
Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; familiarity with Micros POS or similar systems is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Time management skills to ensure timely service during busy hours.
Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude towards guest interactions.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; experience in hospitality or food industry is desirable but not required.
