About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the service, parts, inventory, and sales functions while helping maintain an organized and efficient shop environment.

This position involves inventory coordination, customer support, administrative duties, shop organization, and assisting various departments as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, customer-focused, and enjoys working in an agricultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day administrative support for service, sales, and parts operations
Maintain inventory records and assist with inventory counts and organization
Support work order processing, scheduling, and service documentation
Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email in a professional manner
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and shop supplies
Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient shop and office areas
Support sales and service teams with general administrative duties
Follow company safety procedures and applicable Ontario occupational health and safety legislation
Represent Brodie Ag in a professional manner
Perform other related duties as required to support operational needs

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday 9:00AM – 4:30PM – with opportunities for additional hours as the business grows
Overtime may be required during busy periods
