Reporting to the General Manager and as a member of the management committee, the Bilingual Director of Manufacturing Operations provides leadership for production, maintenance and related operations. This is a key role for someone who enjoys both strategy and action: staying close to the teams, understanding shop-floor realities, supporting managers with their daily challenges and turning operational priorities into concrete results.
