Position Description
We currently have an exciting role for a driver/loader at our Cornwall location. We are looking for someone who is versatile and has the ability and skills to drive and collect with a manual sideload collection vehicle.
Position Responsibilities
- Safely operate and drive different waste truck's.
- Perform pick ups and drop offs in safe and efficient manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post inspections of vehicle systems and equipment such as tires, lights and breaks, etc.
- Plan your trip according to the weather conditions.
- Follow safety procedures for transporting materials.
- Maintain monthly log according to rules and regulations.
- Additional duties may be required
Qualifications
- DZ license required, AZ considered an asset
- 3 years driving experience
- Clean drivers abstract, and clean criminal search
- Experience with Roll Off trucks and Front Load trucks is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
