We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create stunning looks that enhance our clients' natural beauty. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients.

Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend appropriate services.
Sanitate tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain an organized front desk area, managing appointments and client inquiries.
Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any concerns promptly.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

Proficient in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
Experience in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the salon environment.
Front desk experience is a plus, including managing appointments and handling client interactions.
