About Us
Pureoyl Healthcare is a GMP-certified, Health Canada NHP-licensed manufacturer based in Cornwall, Ontario. We manufacture and market natural health, wellness, and cosmetic products across three brands — Puroleo, GreenRoot Labs, and PurVital Labs — sold across Canada and the United States through Amazon, Walmart, and our own direct-to-consumer websites.
We're a small, hands-on team, and this role plays a genuinely important part in keeping our inventory, records, and day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
The Role
We're looking for an Inventory Planning & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in-person at our Cornwall facility. You'll help us keep accurate track of raw materials and finished goods, plan ahead for what we'll need to keep production running smoothly, and support the general administrative work that keeps the office and facility organized day to day.
This is a full-time, permanent, in-person role — you'll be on-site at our facility daily, working closely with our production and management team.
What You'll Do
Inventory Planning
- Track current inventory levels for raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods
- Help forecast upcoming material needs based on production schedules and order volume, flagging low-stock items before they become a problem
- Support receiving of incoming shipments — verifying quantities against purchase orders and packing slips
- Reconcile physical stock counts against system records and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain organized, accurate inventory records in our spreadsheet/inventory system
Data Entry
- Accurately enter inventory data, invoices, purchase orders, and other records into our tracking systems
- Maintain organized digital and/or physical filing for easy retrieval during audits or reviews
- Keep records consistent and up to date across multiple brands and product lines
General Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team — correspondence, scheduling, filing, and other office tasks as needed
- Assist with basic office operations (ordering supplies, coordinating with vendors, handling incoming calls/emails as needed)
- Support other departments (production, sales, regulatory) with administrative tasks as priorities arise
- Help keep documentation organized and accessible across the company
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in inventory management, data entry, general office administration, or a similar support role (manufacturing or warehouse environment experience is a strong asset, but not required)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and basic inventory or office software
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills — you'll be juggling multiple ongoing tasks and records
- Clear, professional communication skills — you'll be coordinating with production staff, management, and occasionally suppliers or customers
- Comfortable in a hands-on, small-team manufacturing environment where responsibilities can shift day to day
- Reliable and punctual — this is an in-person role with consistent daily attendance expected
- A proactive, "figure it out" attitude — as a small team, we value people who take initiative rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do
Bonus (not required):
- Experience in a GMP-regulated, food, cosmetics, or natural health products manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) or inventory management systems
- Prior experience supporting multiple product lines or brands at once
